Advanced Hearing Care is now open during our regular hours.
We are committed to controlling the spread of the covid-19 virus. We ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are having any flu like symptoms, including fever, cough, nasal congestion, sore throat, or have knowledge of recent exposure to Covid-19 or out of the country in the last 3-4 weeks.
Please do not bring extra people to your appointment unless it is necessary for your safety and we would appreciate that you wear your face mask to the appointment, when possible. To reduce the number of people in our waiting room, please call when you arrive and we will open the door for you to enter after each patient contact area has been sanitized prior to our next patient.
Supply pick-ups or repair drop-offs, may be done curbside by simply calling us when your arrive and we will come to you.
Thank you for continuing to support Advanced Hearing Care! We are Here to help you Hear!
In an effort to minimize the spread of the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, our office will be closed as of April 6th until we can safely serve you again. We are hopeful that everyone will heed the stay at home initiative and plan to be back in the office the week of May 4th. We have done much to adjust daily so that we can continue providing essential hearing healthcare to our patients, but without a large supply of masks and gloves at this time, we believe that the risk is still too great. The health of each of you, your families, our communities, and our employees is our highest priority.
Please call (765) 734-4322 and leave a message, if you have questions about your devices, a repair or an appointment. We will be checking messages on our voice mail regularly and returning your calls.
If you have an emergency please call 765-620-0780 for assistance. Thank you for your understanding and stay safe.
To protect the health and safety of YOU, our patients, and of our staff, the office will be closed to walk-ins, seeing only by appointment, drop-off patients until further notice.
We are still working behind the scenes to make sure your needs are being met. Please call the office and leave a message if you need anything. We will respond to you in a timely fashion. (765) 734-4322

There is no higher priority for Advanced Hearing Care than the health and well-being of our patients and employees. We are closely following guidance on COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019) from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Indiana State Department of Health to stay on top of all developments. We fully recognize that many of the population we serve are among the most vulnerable to diseases like COVID-19 and the flu.
In accordance with interim guidance from the CDC, we are also taking the following additional measures to further strengthen our protocols and safeguard our patients’ health:
- If you are feeling under the weather or are experiencing a fever, cough, or shortness of breath, we would ask that you call and reschedule your appointment so as not to put other patients at risk. You could also see if a healthy loved one could bring your hearing aids to the office for a cleaning. We recommend reviewing guidelines from the CDC on preventing illness.
- Dropping in can create a crowd in our waiting rooms. If an underlying condition or your age makes you more vulnerable to COVID-19, we urge you to avoid dropping in and instead call to schedule a time to get your hearing aids cleaned and checked. We will do our absolute best to get you on the schedule as soon as possible. You could also see if a healthy loved one could bring your hearing aids to the office for a cleaning.
- We have instructed providers and staff to stay home if they are sick. If your provider becomes ill, we will ask them to stay home, and we sincerely apologize if this means we need to reschedule your appointment!
- If you need additional accommodations, please don’t hesitate to call our office to discuss.
We understand the importance of hearing at your best, especially in this time when communication is so critical. If there are any updates, we will post on our website and social media.
If you are having problems with your hearing aids and feel you cannot come in right away, please call, and we’ll see whether we can help you over the phone. Please feel free to call with any questions. We are always happy to hear from our patients.
